Our typical construction projects range between $10,000 and $100,000.
Larger projects are phased into multiple stages as needed. Smaller projects are possible if and when they fit our business needs and goals. We reserve the right to be selective about the projects we take on and reserve the right to say no to a project for any reason.
Less Water. Less Maintenance. More Enduring Beauty.
At Earthen Landscaping, Central Oregon's beauty inspires everything we build. We design and construct water-wise, ecologically grounded landscapes for homeowners, builders, and architects across Bend and Central Oregon.
We believe stunning Central Oregon landscapes begin with working with the high desert, not against it - preserving native habitat and supporting pollinator health.
That philosophy translates directly into performance. Our landscapes are designed for long-term resilience, using locally adapted plants, hand labor over routine chemical inputs, and water-wise techniques suited to Central Oregon's climate. The result is outdoor space that matures beautifully and remains easy to care for, for decades.
Rooted in Ecological Practice. Built to Exacting Construction Standards.
We collaborate closely with homeowners, custom builders, architects, and designers on phased landscape scopes - from site planning through final installation.
Whether integrating with new construction or restoring an established property, Earthen brings disciplined execution and thoughtful detailing to every project - and a genuine commitment to the landscapes we leave behind.

Owner-Operated Since 2014
Owner-operator Mike Limke trained under Oregon Tilth's Accredited Organic Land Care program, a rigorous ecological landscaping certification in the Pacific Northwest prior to its retirement. Mike is also a long-time active volunteer with the Central Oregon Beekeeping Association (COBKA) - a reflection of Earthen's genuine, sustained commitment to pollinator habitat and the health of our regional ecosystem.
We prioritize hand labor over herbicide, locally adapted plant communities over generic installations, and long-term land health over short-term aesthetics. Because we believe the well-being of the land, your family, and ours are deeply connected. 🌿
